Quercetin is our ingredient spotlight; able to reduce redness, itching, and inflammation of damaged skin; it may also help restore skin barrier function, increase hydration, and reduce water loss.

SIMPLE WAYS TO SOOTHE SENSITIVE SKIN

Moisturize Regularly: Choose a hypoallergenic, fragrance-free moisturizer to help maintain the skin's hydration and strengthen the skin barrier. Look for ingredients like ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and glycerin, which help to lock in moisture.
Avoid Irritants: Steer clear of skincare products containing alcohol, fragrances, dyes, and other potentially irritating ingredients. Opt for gentle, non-comedogenic formulations instead.
Limit Hot Showers/Baths: Hot water can strip the skin of its natural oils and exacerbate sensitivity. Opt for shorter showers or baths with lukewarm water to prevent further irritation.
Avoid Over-Exfoliating: Limit exfoliation to once or twice a week, using gentle exfoliants specifically formulated for sensitive skin. Over-exfoliating can disrupt the skin barrier and lead to increased sensitivity.
